Longer stays and temporary accommodation in Middelbeers
Working in the Eindhoven or Tilburg region, enjoying a family holiday or looking for a temporary place of your own? At Boutique Hotel De Beerze in Middelbeers, you can stay from two nights to six months.
Our studios are a welcoming place to settle into, including for a longer stay. You have the space to follow your own routine, cook for yourself and work comfortably.
Longer stays for work or a holiday
Working on a project in the Eindhoven or Tilburg region, or visiting ASML for business? Eindhoven is around 20 minutes’ drive from Middelbeers. Parking is free on the square opposite the hotel.
After work, you can cook in your studio or enjoy a meal in the Grand Café in the same building. You’re also welcome for a family holiday or while renovating or moving home.
Space to feel at home
Our studios are around 45 m² and have a kitchen with a hob, dishwasher and fridge. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. The dining table seats four, with comfortable chairs for both meals and work. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Booking and rates for longer stays
For stays of two nights or more and less than three months, book directly online. We offer lower rates for stays longer than seven days.
Staying for more than two weeks? Please contact us before booking. We’ll be happy to discuss a possible additional discount based on your stay.
For temporary accommodation lasting three to six months, we use a rental agreement. Contact us to discuss the options.
Will my studio have a washing machine?
Five of our six studios have their own washing machine. If this is important to you, let us know when booking. We’ll discuss the availability of a suitable studio with you.
How does housekeeping work for longer stays?
For stays of less than three months, cleaning and changes of towels and bed linen are arranged on request, as often as needed in consultation with you. Let us know what suits you.
For temporary accommodation lasting three to six months, we provide this service once a week.
