About the luxury studios
The luxury studios have an area of approximately 45 square meters and are therefore spacious. Each studio has a double box spring and comfortable double sofa bed. On request we can add an extra bed for a fifth sleeping place. The modern bathroom has a lovely rain shower. In your luxury studio you have access to a fully-fledged kitchen including dishwasher, hob, refrigerator and Nespresso machine. So you really have your own place with all amenities! Of course there is a flat screen in your studio. One of the studios is wheelchair accessible. The luxury studios can be booked for a longer business stay (Temporary housing). The dining table seats four, with comfortable chairs for both meals and work.
Five of our six studios have their own washing machine. If this is important to you, let us know when booking. We’ll discuss the availability of a suitable studio with you.
The bed is made per person. Would you prefer one mattress and one duvet? Then book our suite where you also have a romantic bath, kitchenette and sitting area.

Practical information
Check-in and key card
You can check in from 15:00. Arriving in Middelbeers earlier? Early check-in from 12:30 is available for €10.
The hotel entrance is on the left-hand side of the building. Reception is on the first floor. As a small hotel, our reception is not always staffed. On arrival, you can easily check yourself in at the kiosk by reception. There you can create your key card and pay any outstanding balance.
Late arrival
You can check yourself in at the kiosk on the first floor until 01:00. Arriving later? Please let us know in advance so we can arrange access after 01:00.

Breakfast
Monday to Friday: breakfast costs €17.50 per person. It is ready from 07:30 in the ground-floor hallway. Your room has coffee, tea and crockery.
Order by WhatsApp, phone or email by 16:30 the day before. For Wednesday breakfast, please order by 16:30 on Monday.
Saturday and Sunday: from 09:00, you can enjoy an à la carte breakfast at Lunchroom Meesterlijk, Willibrordstraat 1, a one-minute walk from the hotel. No reservation is needed; you pay directly at Meesterlijk.
Prefer your own breakfast? Every room has a fridge, coffee, tea and crockery. The bakery and Jumbo supermarket are just around the corner.

Lunch, dinner & drinks
In our grand café you can enjoy a delicious lunch, cozy drinks and outstanding dinner. Here you will find our menu and you can reserve a table directly.
Checking out
Take it easy in the morning! You can use the room until 11:00. Would you like to enjoy a little more time? Book a Lazy morning until 12:30 for €15 or a late check-out until 14:00 for €27. Your invoice will be emailed to you on the day of departure.
Dogs welcome
Dogs are welcome in all rooms, suites and studios at Boutique Hotel De Beerze and on our terrace. Dogs are not allowed inside the Grand Café or in the central hall.
There is a surcharge of €10 per dog and we would like to hear in advance if you are bringing a dog. Then we will send you some extra information and inspiration for a nice stay with your dog.
Parking and EV charging
You can park free of charge on Doornboomplein, opposite Boutique Hotel De Beerze. Our address is Doornboomstraat 22, 5091 CB Middelbeers. The hotel entrance is on the left side of the building.
There is an electric vehicle charging station in the car park behind the hotel. To find it, navigate to Snavelbies, Middelbeers.
Transport
Cycling
Explore our beautiful surroundings by bike. Behind the hotel is a secure bicycle shed with a charging station. Your room key gives you access.
We also have two bicycles available for rent..
For inspiration, pick up a cycling route from the brochure rack on the first floor of the hotel, or plan your own route. You can also ask Eva for tips. She often cycles in the area and is happy to share her favourite routes!
Decorate room
Do you have something to celebrate? We'd love to decorate your room before your arrival. Please let us know at least one day in advance, and there's an additional charge for this.
WiFi
All our rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi. You'll find the password on the information sheet on the table in your room.
In-room amenities
Enjoy a delicious cup of coffee from De Koffiejongens with our Nespresso machine or a nice cup of tea with the kettle. In addition to plenty of coffee and tea, all our rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and tableware for a delicious breakfast in your room.
Our bathrooms are stocked with toiletries of Marie Stella Maris.
All our rooms have a TV. These do not have Smart TV options.
