Set in Middelbeers’ former town hall, Boutique Hotel De Beerze is a small hotel with distinctive rooms, suites and studios. Around 20 minutes’ drive from Eindhoven, you’ll find a warm Brabant welcome and a Grand Café in the same building.
Visiting the Eindhoven region or ASML for work? De Beerze offers a welcoming place to return to at the end of the day. Parking is free on the square opposite the hotel, and you can enjoy a meal in the Grand Café after work. You’re also welcome to stay for a few weeks while working on a project nearby.
Planning a weekend for two, from Friday to Sunday? Choose a characterful room or a suite with a bathtub, enjoy dinner in the Grand Café and explore the area on foot or by bike. From Middelbeers, you can head out for road cycling, gravel rides, mountain biking or a relaxed ride on an e-bike.
Staying longer, whether for work or a family holiday? Our studios of around 45 m² have a kitchen and a sofa bed. You’ll have the space and freedom to settle into your own routine. By car, you can also enjoy a day out at Efteling or Beekse Bergen.

You can check in from 15:00. Arriving in Middelbeers earlier? Early check-in from 12:30 is available for €10.
The hotel entrance is on the left-hand side of the building. Reception is on the first floor. As a small hotel, our reception is not always staffed. On arrival, you can easily check yourself in at the kiosk by reception. There you can create your key card and pay any outstanding balance.
You can check yourself in at the kiosk on the first floor until 01:00. Arriving later? Please let us know in advance so we can arrange access after 01:00.

Monday to Friday: breakfast costs €17.50 per person. It is ready from 07:30 in the ground-floor hallway. Your room has coffee, tea and crockery.
Order by WhatsApp, phone or email by 16:30 the day before. For Wednesday breakfast, please order by 16:30 on Monday.
Saturday and Sunday: from 09:00, you can enjoy an à la carte breakfast at Lunchroom Meesterlijk, Willibrordstraat 1, a one-minute walk from the hotel. No reservation is needed; you pay directly at Meesterlijk.
Prefer your own breakfast? Every room has a fridge, coffee, tea and crockery. The bakery and Jumbo supermarket are just around the corner.

In our grand café you can enjoy a delicious lunch, cozy drinks and outstanding dinner. Here you will find our menu and you can reserve a table directly.
Take it easy in the morning! You can use the room until 11:00. Would you like to enjoy a little more time? Book a Lazy morning until 12:30 for €15 or a late check-out until 14:00 for €27. Your invoice will be emailed to you on the day of departure.
Dogs are welcome in all rooms, suites and studios at Boutique Hotel De Beerze and on our terrace. Dogs are not allowed inside the Grand Café or in the central hall.
There is a surcharge of €10 per dog and we would like to hear in advance if you are bringing a dog. Then we will send you some extra information and inspiration for a nice stay with your dog.
You can park free of charge on Doornboomplein, opposite Boutique Hotel De Beerze. Our address is Doornboomstraat 22, 5091 CB Middelbeers. The hotel entrance is on the left side of the building.
There is an electric vehicle charging station in the car park behind the hotel. To find it, navigate to Snavelbies, Middelbeers.
Explore our beautiful surroundings by bike. Behind the hotel is a secure bicycle shed with a charging station. Your room key gives you access.
We also have two bicycles available for rent..
For inspiration, pick up a cycling route from the brochure rack on the first floor of the hotel, or plan your own route. You can also ask Eva for tips. She often cycles in the area and is happy to share her favourite routes!
Do you have something to celebrate? We'd love to decorate your room before your arrival. Please let us know at least one day in advance, and there's an additional charge for this.
All our rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi. You'll find the password on the information sheet on the table in your room.
Enjoy a delicious cup of coffee from De Koffiejongens with our Nespresso machine or a nice cup of tea with the kettle. In addition to plenty of coffee and tea, all our rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and tableware for a delicious breakfast in your room.
Our bathrooms are stocked with toiletries of Marie Stella Maris.

Alleen maar lof voor alles en iedereen van “de Beerze” In de ochtend koffie met heerlijk gebak, en een gastvrije hartelijke ontvangst. Na een lange fietstocht aangeschoven op het gezellige terras voor een borrel en aansluiten perfect diner. Geslapen in de luxe hotelkamers waar het je aan niks ontbreekt in goede bedden. Kortom een aanrader
Een onverwachte sleepover! En wat een verrassing. Eerst heerlijk gegeten en gedronken in het sfeervolle restaurant en daarna geslapen in Hotelkamer Jo. Echt een prachtige kamer, heerlijk bed en smetteloze badkamer. De kamer is heel sfeervol ingericht. Zelfs de wandversiering kon ons bekoren. Dit is voor herhaling vatbaar.
Bij toeval zijn wij hier terecht gekomen en wát een enorm fijne verrassing was dit! Prachtig pand met zo’n leuke historie wat in details overal terug te vinden is, (zoals het mooie Dafje onder de vloer), gave inrichting, fijne sfeer met zeer attente vriendelijke medewerkers, je voelt je écht welkom! Het eten was heerlijk en een lust voor het oog, je komt niks tekort. De hotelkamer was erg mooi, verzorgd, sfeervol en schoon. Fijne verzorgingsproducten en koffie/thee faciliteiten. Alles klopt👌🏼. En heerlijke bedden! Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad en komen zéééker en heel graag terug!
